TIMCO Friss / Fresh Saison

French for “season,” this light-colored, traditional, pastoral ale-style beer originates from the experiences of the brewer while traveling in Wallonia. (The French-speaking part of Belgium) Saison’s traditionally are light-bodied, dry and spicy goodness. But why call it “Fresh,” you might ask? Because what makes something fresher than Thai Basil, lemongrass and lemon peel? This is our twist on a “season” beer which is great for all seasons! Santé mes amies!

Ingredients: water, malted wheat, malted barley, Thai Basil, Lemongrass, Lemon peel, Hops, Yeast (YF-501)
