TIMCO Saxon Go(o)se

From the banks of the river Oker to the banks of the Danube, comes TIMCO Saxon Go(o)se! Traditionally, Gose-style beer is made from nothing more than good malt, slightly salty water, mild hops, a little sourness and herbs. It is light and refreshing. TIMCO has chosen to stay true to the original; we brew our Go(o)se with a little citrus and rosemary, coriander and keep it slightly salty. Why do we call it Saxon Go(o)se? When we think of Gose, we think of farms and feathery geese roaming in the Saxon countryside. So grab a TIMCO Saxon Go(o)se before it flies away!
