“Rudolf the Red-Ass Reindeer, had a very shiny…” You all probably remember the Christmas song right? Well we thought back to our days in school and decided that Santa Claus (in the sleigh) was more likely to see another bright red part of Rudolf than his nose! Poor Rudolf ate too much spice this time, inspiring TIMCO’s first porter/seasonal beer, made with a trio of Mexican chili peppers, cinnamon, nutmeg, orange peel and brown sugar! It’s a Christmas delight that you can enjoy any time of the year.
